Period Education

MHM: Menstrual Health Matters

Participants' voices are at the heart of these sessions, which are designed to be interactive, engaging, and supportive. We focus on sharing experiences, fostering a fun environment, and working together to challenge and dismantle the taboos surrounding menstruation. We work to create a strong sense of trust between participants and trainers, creating an open space where everyone feels comfortable to contribute.

The lesson is structured into four engaging parts:

  • Learning key scientific information
  • Dispelling myths & taboos and clearing up misconceptions
  • Role plays to practice using new language for challenging societal norms.
  • Understanding the reusable pads by showing how to use and care for them, with plenty of time for questions.
